Martin carried out a plate-height inspection and then a practical completion inspection as well. He was clear and concise both verbally and within his very detailed written report. There were a few things that I had missed during my final inspection that he picked up and as a result I can ensure my builder addresses these (and they’re not left to me to sort out!) We engaged SMART to conduct a pre-purchase inspection of our home. The service received was fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Martin clearly outlined the scope of the inspection and was happy to assist with a couple of other queries we had. The inspection was carried out promptly and the report issued immediately afterwards.
I review survey reports frequently in my line of work and I found our report to be of a very high standard. It was comprehensive and we found the content to be useful.

The thoroughness of the inspection completed was outstanding and it certainly highlighted some issues we did not know existed with the property.
The quality of the report was excellent with all issues explained in detail and clear photographs supporting each issue, along with recommendations for repair.

Gary and Martin went out of their way to do my inspection on very short notice so that I would meet a deadline. Easy to talk to, always returned my calls and SMS, friendly and helpful. Professional and quick turn around.
Martin completed an extremely accurate building inspection and spent the time to explain all his findings clearly. The reports was detailed and easy to read and included photographs and thermal imaging when needed. He advised us of maintenance issues that we weren’t aware of and also provided recommendations on how to address the issues. We were very happy with the service. Highly recommended!!
